Processing Your Fish...
After an exciting day of halibut fishing or salmon fishing, our experienced deckhand will filet your fish as we head to port. Your halibut will be bagged and ready for you as you depart the Cutwater.
When we target salmon, your catch is iced down immediately to preserve the quality of the meat. You may choose to have your salmon fileted or just cleaned.
If you would like to have your fish vacuum packed and flash frozen, just let us know. When we reach port we will have made prior arrangements for Coal Point Packing to pick up your catch as soon as we dock. They are a first rate processing company located right at the Harbor.
Arrangements can be made with Coal Point for air shipping your fish home on a desired date. You may also pick your fish up the same day if you just wish to have it vacuum packed.
